Message from CEO
To start a consulting firm where only motivated people having skills and knowledge belong, and to become a company that contributes to the client’s business and receives high reputation. This was my motivation to start MIR and the reason why I named the company MIR (=Make It Real).
Our company is a group of selected few elite consultants and we can deliver projects from the client’s perspective. Therefore, we do not have the following issues which are difficult to solve for major consulting firms.
-
Support the project from the client’s perspective
We do not think the relationship between the client and the consultant should be “client vs consultant”. We work as client-side resource and support project success by utilizing external resources. -
Keep assigning the selected elite consultants
We assign only our best consultants based on the client’s needs, which is sometimes difficult in major consulting firms (The company needs to assign junior consultants to some projects.) -
Consultants are not overwhelmed by internal administrative operations
As we have a flat organization, consultants are not overwhelmed by internal administrative operations. Therefore, consultants can focus on the project and provide high-quality service to the clients.
Global competition is getting more intense and Japanese companies are required to make major transformation. Ensure the success of your transformation project with our consultants who are highly skilled and experienced in transformation projects.
