Many companies have implemented ERP or transformed their supply chain, but it seems that most of the companies are disappointed by the results.
These are the two main reasons ERP or SCM projects fail.
- The project is focused only on the process/IT side and the consistency with other business elements, such as strategy, rules, organization, and KPI (key performance indicator), is not considered.
- Governance structure to make the project successful is not established.
Many of the best companies have a transformation framework and they pay attention to the consistency of all business elements. MIR delivers projects having the solution to these two issues.

Bad transformation
The main purpose of the transformation is to discuss process and system. Discussion from business perspectives, organizational reform and KPI management are considered as a secondary agenda. Therefore, inconsistency in roles/responsibilities and KPIs are not discovered until cut over.
