MIR has experienced consultants who have been implementing supply chain planning system since former i2 Technologies Japan (currently Blue Yonder Japan) started in 1997. Also, we have developed business/system templates based on our project experiences. We will utilize these assets and support client’s global supply chain transformation.
In addition to global master plan and demand management, we have strengths in S&OP (Sales & Operation planning), which has been the center of SCM scope in recent years. By aligning SCM with budget process, product planning, and design development process, we support business and system transformation and business plan achievement.

Case study - Global consumer electronics manufacturer
The client was trying to reorganize their global supply chain (transition to centralized control) and rebuild business/IT platform. We proposed our Blue Yonder solutions which fully utilizes the package’s existing standard functions.
We implemented a system which covers demand management considering collaboration with distribution channels, procurement of back-end key parts, and manufacturing orders to manufacturing sites (in-house/EMS).
