Case Study - Global semi-conductor manufacturing company
To restructure business processes and IT infrastructure as part of the corporate reorganization, we proposed to avoid complex system linkage and to minimize add-on development for quick and efficient realization of the restructuring. We have completed the design phase (business, code, and system) of global ERP/SCM/MD in about 11 months, and the global system installation to the whole company including overseas sales companies is scheduled in January 2016.
