The client is a large-scale global company with hundreds of group companies in Japan and overseas, and each business unit and affiliated company had different business processes and IT systems. The company was having problems of increasing IT cost and internal control risks. The project goal was to achieve overall optimization and establish group-wide standardized business and IT platform with SAP ERP.
